Can I skip a month?

Absolutely. The easiest way to do this is to log in to your account, and tap the 'frequency' button. Change it to weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. Just remember that if you are changing your order frequency, you must do it within 7 working days of your next planned delivery, or you will receive the jar from that 7 day period. From then on, you will receive your jars at your new chosen frequency.

How often will my honey arrive?

You have the option of a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or bi-monthly delivery so you can tailor it to your needs. If you usually purchase multiple strengths together, you will need to set them up on separate subscriptions. Or you can add a jar of any different strength at any time (as long as it is at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery) by logging in to your account and tapping the 'add product' button.

What happens if my card declines?

If your card declines, you will be notified and your subscription temporarily put on hold. You can easily update your payment settings and re-activate your subscription when you log in to your account.

How do i cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging in to your account and tapping the 'cancel my subscription' button. You will need to do this within 7 days of your next order being dispatched, otherwise you will be charged for the last order, and your subscription will be canceled from that date.

what if my honey doesn't arrive?

If your honey doesnt arrive within the estimated delivery date (link to delivery / returns page) you can track your parcel using our parcel tracker. Some orders will have jars sent separately, as we have multiple warehouses, and not all stock is held in every warehouse. You may receive a number of parcels a few days apart. Due to Covid still being an issue around the world, we sometimes experience delays in shipping, so please allow an extra 2-3 days for this. If your order still hasn't arrived 2-3 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team.

what if my honey is out of stock?

We do our best to ensure that any honey offered on subscription is always in stock, however if for any reason your chosen honey is out of stock when your subscription is due to be shipped, you will be notified and given the option of swapping it for another product, or only being charged for whatever we do have in stock. This may be a different strength of honey, or multiple smaller jars of the same strength.

how do i change my address?

If you want to update any of your details, including address, phone number or email address, simply log in to your account and tap 'edit my details'. You will need to ensure you have done this within 7 working days of your next subscription arriving, or your honey will be sent to the old address. We cannot intercept parcels once the order has been created so it will be up to you to ensure you have updated your address within the 7 working day period.

can i add another jar to my order?

You can! At any stage, if you would like to take advantage of another deal, or you want to gift a jar to someone else, or you simply want to add a jar of a different strength or size to your order as a one off, all you need to do is log in to your account, and tap 'add a jar'. Choose the jar you would like to add and it / they will be added to your next shipment. You will have to do this within 7 working days of your next shipment arriving to ensure that it is included in your next order, otherwise it will be added to the next order.

can I change the frequency of my deliveries?

Simply log into your account and tap on 'Subscription Frequency' to change the frequency of your deliveries. You have the option of a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or bi-monthly delivery so you can tailor it to your needs. You will need to ensure you have changed the frequency of your deliveries within 7 working days of your ext delivery, otherwise the frequency change will take place for your following order.

What if you are running a discount that is higher than 20%?

As a subscriber to our honey, you will be receiving a guaranteed 20% discount on every order. You will also be enjoying the benefits of a hassle free delivery at the frequency of your choice, meaning you won't have to remember to shop before you run out, as well as extra discounts and giveaways throughout the year. Our 20% off subscription offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, however if we are running a special offer with a discount higher than the 20% you are enjoying, you are welcome to add as many jars as you like with that specific sale discount to your subscription for that period, or placing a separate order on top of your subscription.

Will I be charged shipping?

Yes, you will be charged standard shipping rates, unless your subscription value is over €80 when shipping to BE, DE, DK, FR, NL, PL & IT, in which case you will receive free shipping. Our shipping rates can be found on our Delivery and Returns page. Occasionally we will run Free Shipping promotions, in which case you will not see a shipping charge on your account for that shipment.

If an error is made by the third party subscription app when creating the price for the subscription, Steens Honey reserves the right to correct the price quoted for the customer at the time of subscribing and will notify the customer by way of email, that their price will be edited in upcoming payments. To cancel a subscription you must provide at least 7 working days notice before your next payment is ude, to allow Steens enough time to cancel the order before it is sent to a third party logistics provider.
